Dear Members of the Alpine Haven Property Owners Association:

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a truly unprecedented situation which affects us all. Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. During this time, we want to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation in preparation for our Annual General Meeting for AHPOA this summer. Like most organizations, we are doing our best to secure the health and well-being of our members and their families. In doing so, we are transforming our 2020 AGM into a virtual event using Zoom (https://www.zoom.us/). The date of the virtual AGM has been set for August 30th at 7pm. Registration is required to join the AGM Zoom so please register via the AHPOA website at https://www.alpinehaven.org/packet-for-the-annual-general-meeting-8-30-2020/ as soon as possible. You will find the Registration and Setup guide on the website. The full packet of materials for the August 30th, 2020 AGM can be downloaded from the website at https://www.alpinehaven.org/packet-for-the-annual-general-meeting-8-30-2020/ any time after August 16th. If you have not signed up yet for Member access, please go to the Member Area of alpinehaven.org to register for access to the AGM materials and other Member Only information. This will also put you on the email chain for notifications from our Operations Manager, Mike Pratt. If you have any concerns with the Virtual AGM this year or if you are not able to use Zoom, please reach out to me or one of the other Board Members. If you are unable to view the AGM material on the AHPOA website, we can provide the AGM packet materials to you via mail, email, or fax upon request. Please contact us at 802-327-3774 or ahdirectors@gmail.com. I’d like to reassure you that the AHPOA Board remains fully committed to doing everything we can to support the community through this, and on behalf of the Alpine Haven Board wish you well and hope you and your family are safe.

Sincerely,

Keith Montgomery
